"would a de-feminized, knightly, hierarchical-initiatory Christianity
resurrected on an 'ariognostic' and Eckhartian basis, the "regal
religion of (the pre-Abrahamic Aryan priest-king) Melchizedek" Evola
praises"
Could it not even be a start, similar to the radical millenarianism
of `33' (granted modernist), yet surpassed eventually by something
greater?
Let me play devils advocate on this question: What then is to be the
way towards the revival of the western spirit? More specifically,
what great work should this manner bund elite draw from? I say this
on the pretext of Guenons scepticism of conjoining and compositing
traditions.
We have seen Codreanu's Iron Guard , regardless of the irreducible
elements to Christianity, it was still Christian by faith. So many
other examples could be given of a hybrid Christianity throughout
the centuries that inspired men to martyrdom. Was this the noble
elite (inescapably Christian as it was) Evola had so envisaged?
Not to mention, as Evola himself warned about in Revolt , against
the seductive mixture of Christianity and Tradition and yet here we
have the fanatically catholic Internationalist Third Position
claiming the' Iron Guard' to be the only realisation of Evolas
magical mannerbund --discounting Nouvo Ordo--I am hard pressed not
to see the contradictions here.
So how about the initiationary practices of the SS, borrowing from
a broad range of traditions , notably grafting the Tibetan BOTD onto
Norse myths but not least Jesuit chivalry among other things. It is
therefore possible to duck and dive from what seems an inescapable
yet tragic Christian heritage?
We've had Manichaeism , Catharism ,the Templars, freemasonry etc,
yet none could quite shake off the judeo-Christian mythos. Are we
therefore left , with the regal art of hermetics or al-kemi , the
last standing traditions of Aryan antiquity or something more
derived from the lost hyperborean light , fragmented but exemplified
on our myths?
>Perhaps the thunderbolt may be the final answer.
