Of course, as an Internet provider, they may simply be registering the domain for one of their (unnamed) customers.
Amazon does pay a commission for links to its web site, though I cannot imagine there is much profit to be made in this case.

Hello,
As you have noticed, many websites with writings
by Evola have been
set up in the last two years, and, from website to
website, it's the
same ones which can be found, again and again,
without even an
introduction. This is why, when we entered
www.juliusevola.com and we
saw its four headings, "home",
"works", "biography", "Evola sites",
and its five pictures, we assumed that there was
something new in the
field of evolian studies on the net. Have a look
for yourself,
bearing in mind that this is a registered domain
and, thus, that
those who registered it had to pay to put it
online. After having
clicked on the headings, click on the pictures,
and you will
be 'redirected' to a most famous e-bookshop.
Browse down, and, at the bottom of the page,
you'll see "copyright
2004 - Julius Evola Foundation". There is a
Fondazione Julius Evola,
whose site, by the way, appears to have been down
for two months or
so. As for this so-called "Julius Evola
Foundation", we've never
heard of such thing. Have you?
Is this a practical joke or a new way of
advertising?
