Hello,
You are referring to the introduction of 'The Protocols of the Elders
of Zion' published in 1937 by G. Preziosi, and which had many re-
editions in the following years. The first part of 'The occult war'
in 'Men among the Ruins' can be considered as a summary of this
introduction, which has never been published in English; some
passages of this introduction can be found in other texts by Evola,
for instance in 'Three Aspects of the Jewish Problem' and in the
ninth chapter of 'Il Mito del Sangue', called 'Racism and anti-
Semitism'. What mainly distinguishes this introduction from the text
of 'Men among the Ruins' is that, in the former, Evola gives an
account of the well-known process of Bern, pointing out the
inconsistencies of the arguments brought forward by the prosecution;
and he also gives a detailed analysis of the text of 'The Protocols'.
Basically, all the aspects of the problem are examined here, and it
can be said that they are so from an 'esotericist' standpoint insofar
as Evola considers the forces at work in history - behind the scenes -
as Disraeli cynically invited us to do.
