What's that "Colonial European Society" ?

In the meantime : "Naturally, from the point of view of democracy, there is nothing wrong with this phenomenon [the negrification of America], on the contrary. We know about the zeal and the intransigence showed in the United States by the supporters of so-called 'racial integration', which can only promote it further. Moreover, not only they support full social and racial promiscuity and want Negroes to have equal access to any governmental and political positions (this is why a black president of the United States is to be expected in the future), but also they have nothing to object to the fact that Negroes mix their blood with that of their people of white race. A characteristic example of such propaganda is the drama called 'So Deep are the Roots' (meaning : of 'racial prejudgment'), that, besides, the Italian radio has felt the need of broadcasting more than once."

Perhaps this is where the confusion is arising from: "Hansen does not discuss Evola’s views on Negroes, to which Christophe Boutin devotes several pages of...

Of course, it has been published in French. What we meant to say is that, to the best of our knowledge, neither the book, nor the article, has been translated...
