In few words, Maria de Naglowska (1883-1936) was born in Saint Petersburg and lived several years in Rome since 1920 where tried to organize a group of occultists. She knew Evola but was mostly interested in the 'Magia Sexualis' of P. B. Randolph, of whom Evola wrote a preface.
She wrote a short poem for Ur in 1927 too, already quoted on this list (Le message de L'Etoile polaire).
What Evola said about De Naglowska in "Metafisica del sesso" can give us an idea of the valuation Evola granted her.
