'Unknown Sources' (National Socialism and Occultism)

Our translations of Evola's texts are copyrighted for reasons which
we have already explained. Just as we don't want people to paste and
copy them onto their site without asking us for permission, we
wouldn't copy and paste anything from another site without asking the
site owner his permission. If we had known that that essay by dr Hakl
on National Socialism and the occult we posted onto this list after
having translated it into English from its Italian version was
already published into English, we wouldn't have posted it. It's as
simple as that.

We do not see what you mean by "the cry of pain", but we see what you
mean by "surprise". Dr Hakl was informed by a member of this list
that the first part of his essay on National Socialism and the occult
had been posted onto it without him being aware of it, assumed that
we had copied and pasted it from 'Unknown Sources', and, when he
wrote to us, he thought he caught us in flagrante delicto. Esoteric
circles and nationalist circles are filled with individuals who do
not do what they say and do not say - to the interested parties -
what they do. He may have had to deal with that kind of individual in
the past. He assumed we were of the same kind. Fair enough.

In the meantime, we had a talk with Dr Hakl and M. Holmes. We are
grateful to them for their understanding. Not everyone is as polite
and understanding as they both are.
