In French it's 'Journal de prison', Pardès, Puiseaux 1986; in Italian: 'Diario dal carcere', Ar, Padova 1970.
'Il mio incontro con Codreanu' by Evola has been published originally on the magazine 'Civiltà' n. 2, 1973.
There is also a booklet by Claudio Mutti entitled 'Julius Evola sul fronte dell'Est' (Evola in Prague, in Rumania and Hungary: Veltro, Parma 1998), enclosing also two short letters of Evola, one to Eliade and one to Lovinescu. In this last there is the sentence: "I hardly can to walk neither to be seated for a long time" that correct a bit the idea of a complete paralysis of the legs.

While we are at it, Arktos has published Codreanu's 'Prison notes', which includes all of J. Evola's articles on him.
