Evola's WW1 experience

"I took part in the war, after having attended in Turin an artillery
cadet officer crash course. First, I was assigned to first line
positions, near Asiago. Even there, I continued my studies as I
could. From war experiences and military life, however, I did not
draw all that they could have given me in other circumstances, since
I was not involved in important military actions."

That's all there is about Evola's WW1 experience in 'Il cammino del
cinabro', and there is no other reference to it in any of his other
writings.
