Julius Evola wrote:
"According to the original traditional conception, ârya lasts as synonym of dvija, that in Sanskrit means being reborn or born twice. The obscure servant, the shûdra, has only one birth, while the noble, the ârya, has two of them, natural the first one, supernatural the later."
('Superamento del razzismo', Bibliografia fascista 1935 - X).
Then, in the light of this harsh concept, even assuming that the present Aryan race is the main or the sole heir to those ancient noble men through a spiritual vestige latent in its blood, and so being the most qualified for that achievement, if this ideal condition is not realized, the difference between Aryan and not-Aryan blood will remain just virtual, or even worse a source of dangerous delusions, especially in the present Age.
